Polarity Therapy and Lomilomi - Energy balancing with Sinéad McAteer

'I found the Polarity treatments to be hugely calming and relaxing. Sinéad's approach was wonderfully down-to-earth and reassuring. Her manner was gentle and caring and I felt so at ease talking with her. The sense of peace I felt afterward was truly revitalizing' - [M.B.]

welcome

Welcome from me and from Tara. Tara is a deity in the Buddhist tradition with whom I feel a strong resonance. Her name means "star" or "she who ferries across," and she is a Bodhisattva of compassion. She appears here in her expression as dancing tara.

Dancing Tara

good peace...

Síomha (pronounced SHEE-va) is an Irish name which roughly translated means ‘good peace'.
It is a combination of the Irish words síochán (peace) and maith (good). The name represents
the essence of peace and quiet joyfulness at the core of each of us. I believe we are never far from this core and it is the source of all healing. My intention is to help people re-connect with their inner síomha through the practice of Polarity Therapy and Lomilomi.
