Sinéad McAteer was born and raised in Gaoth Dobhair,
Co. Donegal, Ireland.
She first discovered yoga and meditation in 1998.
She worked in the IT and e-learning industries before a Reiki attunement in 2003 began a change of vocation and a journey into energy work.
Sinéad went on to train in Polarity Therapy for 2 years with Masterworks International in Cork, becoming the first Irish person to be trained by Masterworks at their base in Ireland.
She also completed her training in the ancient Hawai'in art of Lomilomi massage with Masterworks.
Sinéad loves her work. "I love giving and receiving bodywork. A body-centred approach to healing is intuitive and natural. It is compassionate and sensitive to each person's rhythm. Everyone and anyone can benefit from it because we all respond to a healing touch."
Sinéad also loves to dance, write, paint, play her djembe drum, and take
pictures (click here to view some snaps).
She has a Degree in Business and Marketing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Internet Systems Development, and an MA in Ethnochoreology.
